No Kings Day rally in Carroll: ‘We’re looking at protecting the Constitution’

Approximately 130 people participated in the Carroll rally, which began with people gathering at the Carroll Public Library and then walking up Court Street to Highway 30 and west. Demonstrators held signs and participated in chants as they were lined up on the south side of Highway 30 between West and Carroll streets and the west half of the block between Adams and Carroll streets.
