Western Iowa Water Quality Town Hall
Date: Sunday, March 22, 2026
Time: 3:00pm – 5:00pm

The Democratic parties of Carroll, Crawford, Harrison, and Shelby counties are sponsoring a Western Iowa Water Quality Town Hall at Milk & Honey in Harlan, March 22nd from 3 to 5 pm, with a dessert bar, cash bar, and a suggested donation of $3.00.
John Norris will keynote the event, followed by a policy discussion presented by the Harkin Institute and advocacy training with Progress Iowa.
After retiring from the United States Senate in 2015, Tom Harkin established a nonpartisan policy institute to carry on his policy work and to inspire creative cooperation of citizens on pressing issues like our water quality.
John Norris has served as a Harkin staff member, Tom Vilsak’s chief of staff, a community organizer, and a policy constituent with the Iowa Farm Unity Coalition.
